LEB Trading Products has an installed capacity of production of 16,000 Lb per day using as fresh raw material avocado harvested in the West of Mexico always variety Hass, the most popular variety on the international market for presenting a great flavor, with soft – creamy texture and availability all the year round.

Guacamo Dely is a product made by LEB Trading Products where we specialize in the process of Avocado Pulp and Guacamole, we apply good practices of Manufacture in our processing lines that’s what allows us to offer products of higher quality. Our process begins with the selection of fresh avocado, this is washed, disinfected and matured before initiating with the cut later to crush it, to mix and to homogenize the flesh with the respective ingredients of the formulation and finally the product is pocketed and frozen.
